Individual Therapy

One-on-One Talk Therapy

I provide individual psychotherapy for individuals who are looking to find clarity and meaning in their lives, struggling with issues of depression or anxiety, or have been having difficulties in their career or relationships.
The individual sessions are 45 minutes in length and are typically once a week, with the option of increasing to two or three times a week.
My main priority is to build a strong therapeutic relationship with each and every one of my patients because I believe the connection between therapist and patient to be a crucial aspect of the treatment.
